Warranty
pilo-watches.com offers a two-year warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers shipping and insurance on shipping. This warranty cannot cover leather wrist-bands, batteries or any item modified or altered by a third party or given any inappropriate use by being subjected to shock, chemical products, etc.
Any request for after-sales service, whether covered by the warranty or not, is subject to the approval of pilo-watches.com before shipment of an item can be authorized. Procedure for submitting a warranty claim: for technical support please send an email to contact[a-t]pilo-watches.com.

Duties & Taxes
International & Domestic Orders
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).
This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
All sales made by the Company are final. The Company does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where expressly required by applicable law or as set out in Section 2 below.
