Return Policy – Pilo & Co SA

Pilo & Co SA (“the Company”) hereby establishes the following policy regarding product returns:

1. General Principle – No Right of Return

All sales made by the Company are final. The Company does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where expressly required by applicable law or as set out in Section 2 below.

2. Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Goods

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may, at its sole discretion, accept a return or exchange in the following limited circumstances:

  • The goods delivered are damaged during transport, or

  • The goods delivered are not in conformity with the order (e.g., incorrect model or reference).

In such cases, the customer must notify the Company in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of the goods, providing clear and verifiable photographic evidence of the issue. Failure to notify the Company within the stated period shall constitute full and irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

Return or exchange of non-conforming goods will be subject to prior written authorization by the Company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Custom-Made or Personalized Products

Goods that are custom-made, engraved, or otherwise personalized are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, without exception.

4. Applicable Law

This return policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
