โ€œThe only Swiss monopusher mechaquartz chronograph in the world.โ€

A Unique Monopusher Calibre

Born shortly after the turbulence of the 70's Quartz Crisis, the ETA 255.241 was ร‰bauches SAโ€™s ingenious answer to a collapsing industry. Instead of abandoning tradition, they fused quartz precision with the architecture of mechanical chronographs, creating the only Swiss mechaquartz monopusher calibre, a configuration never seen in modern watchmaking.

Unlike modern electronic calibres, it is fully serviceable and engineered for exceptional longevity, far exceeding standard quartz systems. Compact and highly durable, it features 16 jewels, a level of refinement rarely seen in contemporary quartz construction. The chronograph is operated through a single elegant pusher.

This movement has become increasingly scarce and difficult to source today. By securing a limited batch of 320 calibres years ago, we not only offer collectors a piece of Swiss watchmaking history, but also the opportunity to acquire a Swiss monopusher chronograph, a complication typically reserved for finer luxury timepieces.

The Spirit of Tuscan Adventure Revived.

Inspired by Monte Cristo

A tribute to Monte Cristo island, immortalised by Alexandre Dumas in The Count of Monte Cristo (1844) as a symbol of escape, transformation, and adventure. This timepiece invites you into a world of imagination and discovery, evoking the spirit of Mediterranean summer where light, sea, and colour reach their most vivid expression.

Clous de Paris Guillochรฉ

A centuries-old decorative technique of engine-turned engraving, prized in traditional watchmaking for its ability to catch and diffuse light with exceptional depth and precision. Its rhythmic geometry creates a living surface, evoking sunlight shimmering across the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Raised Roman numerals and markers that rise dramatically from the surface, evoking the cliffs of Monte Cristo island.

Small Seconds Subdial

A subdial at 6 oโ€™clock, echoing the hidden cala maestra, the islandโ€™s secret bay. Its position recalls the classical layout of 18th and 19th-century pocket watches, where small seconds were placed on a dedicated register dictated by movement architecture. A functional origin that evolved into a hallmark of traditional watchmaking, here reinterpreted in a modern form.

Engraved Caseback

Two greyhounds flanking the shield, framing the signature โ€˜Pโ€™ of Pilo, a discreet mark of identity and heritage.

Vintage Crown

An onion crown echoing the charm of early pilot watches, designed for grip comfort and vintage character.

A domed, scratch-resistant K1 crystal chosen not only for its durability, but for its purposeful curvature that enhances depth, softens light reflections, and amplifies the dialโ€™s vintage-inspired presence while preserving optimal clarity from every angle.

7-Link Stainless Steel Bracelet

In this new chapter, we introduce a seven-link stainless steel bracelet, a flexible yet robust addition that echoes the chronographโ€™s sportier spirit. It features polished and satin finishing, and fluid links to reflect light with every movement. It measures 20mm at the top of the case, then 18mm all along. It coses with butterfly clasp.
